Magazine Bonus Terms & Conditions
Some orders with a minimum qualifying purchase total may include the option to receive a magazine subscription listed below. Terms are typically 1 year unless stated otherwise. You will never receive a bill for this bonus magazine subscription and it will not automatically renew. Magazine recipient must be 21 or older. Please allow 8-10 weeks for delivery of your first issue. Limit one subscription per household per year. Your acceptance of this offer authorizes OliveOil.com to provide the publisher or its affiliates with your full name and complete mailing address for fulfillment and delivery of the magazine. Accepted magazine offer may result in a request for qualifying purchase verification from an independent publishing auditing organization. If you wish to forfeit your bonus and receive a rebate for the stated value, please print and mail the forms linked below along with a copy of your order confirmation page showing total amount of your qualifying purchase as a proof of purchase (must include order # and total purchase amount and date of purchase).
- Purchases $16 or more may include 1-year Food Network, Wine Spectator, Allrecipes, or EatingWell Magazines valued at $10. Mail form FCW10 to forfeit.
- Purchases $61 or more may include 1-year People Magazine (NEW SUBSCRIBERS ONLY) valued at $60. Mail form P60 to forfeit.
Customers must meet and follow all requirements listed in these Terms & Conditions to be eligible for a rebate. Requests for rebates and customer service inquiries must be made by the person who made the original qualifying purchase. Bonus subscription is processed only after a qualifying purchase has been met and the magazine has been verified to be available. You may request a rebate for the stated value of the magazine by US mail postmarked within 30 days of your qualifying purchase. If your merchandise is returned or your order is cancelled you will not qualify for a magazine rebate. Once a customer receives a rebate they will not be eligible for any future magazines or rebates. Limit 1 rebate per household per lifetime. A copy of your order confirmation page showing total purchase in dollars, purchase order #, and purchase date must be provided along with this fully completed form. Originals submitted will not be returned. OliveOil.com or the magazine publisher is not liability for late, lost or damaged mail that fails to be delivered to the address stated the form. Incomplete, illegible and duplicate requests will not be processed. We do not notify customers if their refund submission has been declined. Failure to submit any of the required documents within 30 days of your qualifying purchase will automatically result in an invalid submission. Please allow 8-10 weeks for processing and delivery of rebates. Offer available to US residents only. Void where prohibited or restricted.
