How do I choose an olive oil?
Buying olive oil all depends on what you are trying to accomplish. We always recommend that you purchase extra virgin olive oil from reputable sources. That being said, even EVOO can have varying levels of quality. Mass produced extra virgin olive oil can be great for everyday cooking use and a more expensive, small batch extra virgin olive oil is great for adding flavor to the more special dishes. Most extra virgin olive oils will have a “Harvested Date” and you want to choose the freshest olive oil possible. Anything more than a year and half after harvest date will not have the same health benefits nor the flavor quality that you are hoping for.
Does OliveOil.com only sell the latest harvest?
OliveOil.com works tirelessly to source the freshest and highest quality olive oil at all price levels. There is a time where producers begin to transition their inventory from the previous harvest to the latest harvest.
How do I store my extra virgin olive oil?
Keep your olive oil in a cool dark pantry to protect it from heat and light. You may also use a cruet that are great additions to any countertop!
Does OliveOil.com only sell olive oil?
No! We sell many items that compliment our selection of olive oils including complimentary products like aged balsamic vinegar, and high quality olive oil cosmetics and home supplies.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do now?
We are so sorry this happened! Send us an email at help@oliveoil.com with your order number, a picture and description of the damage and whether you would like an exchange or refund. We will always do our best to correct the situation!

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow along as your order travels to your door!
What is a backorder and when will it arrive?
Because we source the highest quality products and want to keep the freshest inventory possible, there are times when inventory from producers is in transit to our fulfillment center. As soon as this inventory arrives, your order will ship within 1 business day.
How much is shipping on OliveOil.com?
Shipping is a flat $5.99 for all orders under $49 to anywhere in the US! Orders $50 or more ship to anywhere in the United States for free! At this time we do not offer International Shipping but we will be soon!
What is your return policy?
OliveOil.com guarantees all its products for quality and safe delivery. Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please call contact us via email at help@oliveoil.com, and file a claim within one week of delivery, so that we can immediately replace your product or credit your account. We appreciate your business and are committed to the best service we can provide.

Sales tax is charged only in Arizona on products that are not tax exempt.
